The Miss Piedmont Region Scholarship Program is an affiliate of the Miss Virginia and Miss America Scholarship Organization.  The Miss America Organization, with its state and local affiliates, is the number one resource in the world for women to receive educational scholarships.

Rich in history and social significance, the Miss America Organization is a not-for-profit organization that has maintained a tradition for many decades of empowering American women to achieve their personal and professional goals, while providing a forum in which to express their opinions, talent and intelligence.

The Miss America Organization is one of the nation's leading achievement programs and the world's largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women. Last year, the Miss America Organization and its state and local organizations made available more than $45 million in cash and scholarship assistance.

The Miss Piedmont Region Scholarship Program is a non-profit scholarship program whose purpose is awarding scholarships to deserving young women ages 17 to 24 years old and providing a forum for their community service.  The program includes two additional scholarship competitions for Miss Teen (ages 13-17), and Miss Preteen (ages 9-12) Piedmont Region.  We are happy to also announce the Princess Program that will represent (ages 3-9) in the Piedmont Region.
